There will be updated information on his career and his life, along with photos, interviews, and articles. I live in the US and have only just become aware of the amazing talent that is Mark Rylance. I’m absolutely dying to see his Richard II in its entirety, not just the nine minutes available on Youtube. Is there any way that I can get a copy of the BBC 4 broadcast from 2003? If anyone can help, please contact me! Thank you!

Just wanted to thank you for this.
I live in New York and saw Jerusalem a month ago for the first time. (Have seen it now 3 times ONLY because of a silly job and financial restrictions. That said, I AM COMPLETELY OBSESSED WITH MARK RYLANCE.

I guess I’m also a Mark Rylance “groupie.” Although I missed him in “La Bete,” I saw him three time sin Jerusalem – in previews, on opening night and yesterday afternoon at the magnificent matinee that closed the (extended) run in NYC. I have a feeling many people were there yesterday for return visits, and the ending was full of flowers – and a wonderful expansive thank you from Mark himself, during which, among other things, he threw his bouquet into the audience (high up so itreached the mezzanine!), praised the stage workers unions and made mention, too, of fhis youth in Wisconsin and his support for their unions. A very generous soul!

This weekend, my wife and I saw Jerusalem. The cast, production, script and direction are first class. Mark Rylance is not of this world. I cannot adequately describe his incredible performance. I have not previously seen him on stage. Where have I been!!!

    Hi,
I wonder if you can help me, I am currently auctioning a fully signed Jerusalem programme on eBay to raise sponsorship money for the charity I am running the London Marathon for the Royal London Society for the Blind.
The cast Kindly Donated and Signed the Programme for me to auction and it went up to auction today!
If any of your followers might be interested please let them know.
    Thankyou in advance

    Hi,
I am looking for a full version of the BBC-broadcast of Richard II (Globe Theatre 2003). I saw the clips on youtube and think this production is simply the best of this great and difficult play. Can someone send me a copy or tell me where to find one? I would send you a copy of any shakespeare play (just tell me which) in return.
    Thank you in advance
